Description :

The AddScript RT-PCR Master (2x conc.) is a one-step RT-PCR product that enables simultaneous cDNA synthesis and PCR in a one-tube. The master mixture contains various enzymes and components required for one-step RT-PCR to maximize user convenience. Additionally, the AddScript RT-PCR Master (with UDG, Cat. No. 24701U) includes heat-labile UDG to prevent carryover contamination and lost activity at 25℃. Those allow removing contaminants only without affecting cDNA synthesis. The AddScript RT-PCRq DNA Master is supplied in two forms of 1.0 mL aliquots in screw cap tubes (Cat. No. 24701, 24701U) and 10.0 μl aliquots in 8-strip tubes (Cat. No. 24701S, 24701US).
