This product contains various enzymes necessary for one-step RT-qPCR, including hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H-), RNase inhibitor, and components optimized for FMCA to maximize user convenience. This product contains heat-labile Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) to prevent carryover contamination from amplification products and lost activity at 25℃. Those allow removing contaminants without affecting cDNA synthesis.
